If an order is cancelled between 24 hours and 8 hours prior to scheduled delivery time, then a charge will be applied for any catering we have started the preparation for, except for any items we are able return back to stock.
If an order is cancelled within 8 hours to scheduled delivery time, a full charge will be applied.
We are currently accepting payments via credit card or payments via handler/ FBO.
For regular clients, we can set up an credit account, please contact our team for details.
If under the unfortunate circumstances your flight has been postponed, please notify our team directly. We will do our best to work around your updated schedule.
Please note that some perishable items may need to be remade to ensure you'll receive the best quality for your flight.
